Return and Exchanges
The approval period is 14 days after receiving the products. Please check immediately after receiving the goods whether they are undamaged and complete. If not, please contact us as soon as possible to report this.
If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it. You can return products :
- Within 14 days
- If the item is complete
- If it is still –for as far as is reasonably possible- in the original state and factory packaging.
After we receive your return we will contact you a.s.a.p. In case of compensate, we will pay  back the difference automatically as soon  as possible, but in any case within 30 days, into the account known to us.
